Went to dealership this evening based on the comment at 5/3/23 @1225 and the KEY was not available. If fact the key was never ordered - Had to spend more time GOING to service department to ORDER the KEY the dealership said they would do almost a month ago. We have to go back now to get the key encoded to the car - another several hours wasted in the near future. The paperwork they gave me was for the WRONG car. Had to go back and get the correct paperwork. Upon inspection of the 160-point Quality Assurance Inspection Checklist paperwork line item #103 - 12V ACC power outlet operates properly is checked as MEETS STD. Sorry - it does not work. Other Items of interest - line item 110 - 2 master keys present - NO! Still trying to get the 2nd key. Additional items checked - navigation system works properly - checked as MEETS STD. The salesman told us this needed software so how could you say it was working? Please read reviews before going to this dealership - know before you go. We will be taking the car to a trusted Toyota Dealership to have another inspection done to ensure everything is working as the checklist notes.
