Despite the fact that I sent an email to John Kim at johnkim@mileone.com one month ago "to allow us the opportunity to rectify our missteps...", I have not heard back from anyone. This was clearly a public relations ploy managed by the social media person to counteract a negative review. Yet another example of their disingenuous and poor customer service.
