I bought a used car in July they did not give me all the copies. Also the first aid kit was missing text the salesperson, then the sales manager with no response. The manager changed and after I complaint t copies. Also the first aid kit was missing text the salesperson, then the sales manager with no response. The manager changed and after I complaint to BBB they send me the papers and a fifty dollars for first aid kit. They should have taken care of this in the beginning. More

I worked with this dealership over the course of September and October 2023 . It was my first time buying a car with internet assistance. I was looking to buy my third White Prius and wanted a Whit September and October 2023 . It was my first time buying a car with internet assistance. I was looking to buy my third White Prius and wanted a White Prius Prime with the mid trim package. I specified this with my local dealer and they informed me they could no longer “get me “ the car I wanted, I had to go online and look around myself and find it! Eventually I found Edmunds. I put in my specs and found the Vin number and a car was to come to Heritage. I will be living in Charleston SC when I return to the states in December. I now live in Burundi Africa. Communication is difficult. I laid out all of the nuances of communications and went back and forth with Sam Rhee?, Rasean, the manager, various Internet sales personnel who gave me full specifications quotes. I accepted the quote and agreed to buy the car. In late Ictober we were still trying to secure the approval of this mysterious Jared who had to approve how much I would need to pay and the delivery terms. On October 24, 2 days after I had spoken with the sales manager who confirmed the terms of the deal by telephone from one of many calls I placed from Africa, this Jared person I finally tracked down. He was more than confident I will say. He said he sold the car October 7. All this carried on to the point of asking for full payment for a car that wasn’t even there! And then what? I am supposed to just choose something else? Who does this? I have never heard of behavior like this. I have never tried to buy a car from afar. I don’t recommend trying this with these people. More
