We really had terrific service from our customer rep. He was efficient, gave us a lot of choices to look at, gave a terrific price for our trade in and went out of his way to help us. All of the personnel that we met, from the customer rep to the financial rep to the person who helped explained options to us regarding an additional warranty, were friendly and knowledgeable. The price for the new car that I bought was about five thousand dollars less than than the new Taurus I had originally planned to buy. I had a wide selection of cars to choose from and was encouraged to take my car for a good, long ride We also got an excellent rate for the financial backing after we did the trade in and after putting down a down payment for our vehicle. Even our credit union could not beat the interest rate, and that's saying something. I love driving my new Camry. It is quiet , handles well, rides smoothly and is just a joy to drive and to ride in. The customer service that Kelly provided was outstanding. When I arrived for my appointment, the dealership was swamped with service calls. The wait was estimated to be 4-5 hours. I was reluctant on my visit today to purchase a vehicle ,buying a new car is stressful. I had done research on the vehicle that I wanted but I knew my choice would be turned around, changed, or not availab ,buying a new car is stressful. But that was not the case I was pleasantly surprised on how my salesman worked with me and his staff to get me to the point i was totally satisfied with my decisions before I left the showroom. I've been to Russell Toyota to have my brakes replaced and most recently a belt replaced. When I called for this most recent problem, I only had one day within that week that I could take off of work in and most recently a belt replaced. When I called for this most recent problem, I only had one day within that week that I could take off of work in order to have my car fixed. The sales people at Toyota were so friendly and accommodating. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to take it in on my preferred day, that Friday at 9:30 am. The work was completed before I knew it and they were able to do it cheaper than other dealerships I've been to in the past. I would recommend Russell Toyota to my friends and family any time! They go out of their way to help you! I will be giving them my business from now on. More
I purchased a slightly used camry from Russel in 2007. It has been a fantastic car. There have been no major problems with my camry. I recently took my car to Russel Toyota to have them fix a major issue that Jiffy Lube caused. As a new Prius owner, I was ignorant and took my car to Jiffy Lube to have the oil changed. The individuals wer a major issue that Jiffy Lube caused. As a new Prius owner, I was ignorant and took my car to Jiffy Lube to have the oil changed. The individuals were not well-trained, and filled my oil level too high causing a malfunction. My car literally shut down in the middle of the road. I called Russel right away, and they said to have it towed to them to fix the damage. They were completely understanding and recommended that I take it to them in the future (should have to begin with!!). I received a reasonable price, new knowledge about my Prius and how it works, and walked away happy with everyone I dealt with. I will absolutely continue using them in the future. More

I bought a new highlander from this dealership in 2008 via internet advertising and was quite satisfied. The service has been excellent and I will continue to use them. BUT, last Saturday, 2/19/11, I via internet advertising and was quite satisfied. The service has been excellent and I will continue to use them. BUT, last Saturday, 2/19/11, I looked up their inventory on their website and spotted 2 vehicles for sale, new 2010s, Prius, both at $20,440+. I alled the number in the ad 3 times , got a voice message and, since I was very interested, I used their onlime form to place an offer. 20 minutes later I got a call back from an assistant who told me they had one of the two left. I was already in my car 2 minutes from them, and told him I'd be there within 5 minutes. He said he'd have the car in front for me. 2 minutes later I went in to the dealership and asked for the assistant (Mr C). It took him 5 minutes to get to us and he brought me into an office. While waitng there I saw someone who looked like a mechanic, poorly dressed with tousled hair in the next room and just noticed him. Then the assistant prceeded to tell me that "someone else" was "looking" at the car. A few minutes later he told me the car wasn't available. I asked to see the "boss". In stepped the poorly dressed "mechanic" (who turned out to be the internet coordinator)and when I reported what happened he essentially said, when I complained that I had been informed that the car was available to me, "s___ happens". I informed him that I was a repeat customer and I would appreciate being given the same deal (0% interest for 60 months) on a different Prius. Without thinking he became rude and aggressive and said that was not possible. I merely left with my wife and friend. Does Toyota know things like this are going on at their dealerships (the same thing happened on the same day at another Toyota dealership)?? I hope not. In any case,what I did do was go to a MINI dealer and buy a car. Their greetings and cooperation were impeccable (see my rating of them). More
