When talking about price, him and his sales manager were rude with me, so I walked out and only dealt with him through text message after that. He's been completely unresponsive after I bought the car when I emailed with a couple questions. I've already told multiple people not to buy a car here. More

Poor customer service, 2:45 oil change I came here because of all the positive reviews I read online and experienced anything but quality service. I typically change my oil myself but recen I came here because of all the positive reviews I read online and experienced anything but quality service. I typically change my oil myself but recently hit 100,000 miles so I decided to take it in to be inspected as well. When I arrived I wait with my truck as directed for ten minutes at which time I went inside to the service department desk. When someone finally helped me they told me to go back outside and wait by my vehicle which I did for another five minuets before being helped. While checking my vehie in I was told it would take between 60-90minuets to complete the service so I decided to wait. Once my vehicle was checked in I received two phone calls from the sales department trying to buy my truck. This I found to be very unprofessional because it was the same person that called both times and I was sitting in the lobby. More
