Excellent experience The service person who waited on me was Charles Wicks was outstanding in a incredible way . I was in an accident and decided to buy a new truck. I told Charles what I was looking for and he proceeded to show me what he had available. He was not pushy and was very patient and explained everything to me and my wife. I was able to get the truck that I wanted with no hassles and excellent service. Charles also explained all the options available and didn't try to force anything on us. He also went over all the internal operations of the truck. He went out of his way to set up our cellphones and technology whole entire Entune system. So I definitely would highly recommend Charles and Russell Toyota to anyone. We bought my wife Toyota 2010 Rav 4 there also. So never had any issues with that either.
