I called ahead to let Chris know that I was coming in, and he asked which models I was considering purchasing. When I arrived he had each one out front, ready to test drive. He helped me choose by outlining the pros and cons of the models I was considering and walked me through the documents I would need and the deals that were available. I wanted to think about it before making the purchase, and Chris made sure that I didn't feel any pressure to commit on the spot. When I came back the next day everything was ready to go: the car was clean and the paperwork was all drawn up. Before I left the lot with my new car Chris went through the basic features with me in the vehicle and answered any remaining questions. It was a great experience. I felt comfortable taking my time, asking questions, and I honestly feel like I got a great deal.
