Improvement in Lounge I do not live near this shop. Shuttle service is great, but it is still time consuming to me. How about improving the experience in the lounge? 1) TV is not necessary at all in this time since almost everybody has mobile device. I observed many are working on laptop. TV is too loud and annoyance that I cannot work there that is the issue. 2) Wifi connectivity was sporadic. I hope it has more pervasive through out the lounge. Providing complementary printer for customer may be good idea? 3) I hope there is more quiet area (like library) so that many customers can do their job there as they were waiting. Providing upgraded private spaces (like hotel lounge) may be good idea? 4) More furniture for those who work on the Internet. 5) Provide complimentary snacks which is more healthy and have a good reputation. 6) Tie up with such vendors for snacks/beverages that carry sustainable business practice. 7) maybe more. This being the 4th new vehicle we have purchased through this dealership and from David Day pretty much says it. Plus we will be back in 2015 to buy a new car for our son. I called and told them what I was this dealership and from David Day pretty much says it. Plus we will be back in 2015 to buy a new car for our son. I called and told them what I was looking for in a van and Dave was able to locate the new 2014 van in the color and features we had asked for and of course the time he and his staff took to answer all of our questions made it so much easier to buy what we were looking for it. They made it easy for us to test drive, learn about the vehicle, and financing the van in what we thought was time well spent and yet in a reasonable time. They made us feel welcome. Looking forward to being back in 2015 when my son buys his 1st car. More
