The car salesman I encountered during my recent shopping experience for a new vehicle left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to exhibit basic courtesy, but their demeanor was outright insulting and experience for a new vehicle left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to exhibit basic courtesy, but their demeanor was outright insulting and rude. It was disheartening to be treated with such disrespect while simply trying to explore my options and make an informed decision about a significant purchase. This salesman's behavior not only reflected poorly on the dealership but also created a negative impression that overshadowed any positive aspects of the vehicles on offer. It's unfortunate that in an industry where customer service should be paramount, individuals like this salesman are allowed to tarnish the reputation of the dealership. I would caution others to be wary when dealing with such unprofessional behavior. More
Very unprofessional and rude. Talks to women in a very demeaning manner as if they do not know or understand anything about cars. For example when I mentioned I wanted to look at Talks to women in a very demeaning manner as if they do not know or understand anything about cars. For example when I mentioned I wanted to look at a car, which happened to be a SUV, he laughed at me, then proceeded to say “that is not a car, it is a SUV”. Laughed at customers that have language barriers. Honestly, I wish I could give him 0 stars. More
Demeaning Attitude Towards Women: Barry consistently displays a patronizing attitude towards female customers, assuming they lack knowledge about cars. His condescending tone and behavior are evident in interactions where he belittled a female customer for referring to an SUV as a car. Laughing at Customers: Barry's unprofessionalism extends to laughing at customers, particularly those with language barriers. Instead of offering assistance or clarification, he mocks them, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Failure to Provide Respectful Service: Regardless of a customer's gender or language proficiency, it's imperative for salesmen to offer courteous and respectful service. Barry's behavior falls short of this expectation, leaving customers feeling disrespected and undervalued. Barry Smith's unprofessional and rude conduct towards customers, particularly women and those with language barriers, undermines the dealership's reputation and customer satisfaction. Immediate corrective measures, including re-education and supervisory oversight, are necessary to rectify his behavior and uphold the dealership's standards of professionalism. More

As an always Ford buyer, we traveled from to NJ to help our daughter buy a new "used" car due to a car emergency. We purchased a 2018 Corolla, well aware of a "minor issue" on the front side with a repaired panel. Two days later she wakes up and the panel is loose and rattling and her temporary plate is gone off of the car. We tried MULTIPLE ways of contacting this dealership, email, chat, text, phone calls and NO ONE responded until our salesman texted me after 2 pm to tell me he was working the late shift! Later, my daughter was able to at least get an emailed temp license to put the car on the road, but after two days and still no response from this dealership about fixing this panel, on this new to her car! And funnier still is I just received a phone call from this dealership to see if I wanted to buy a new car from them! HAHAHAHAHA! If you believe in customer service, this is NOT the place you want to go. Stick with FORD! More
