Coren is very professional. Took us right to his office to look at inventory for the car we were interested in. We test drove the RAV 4 Hybrid which is a very solid car. Dealership messed up an order, which was upsetting, but Mr. Parnell found exactly the car I wanted at the agreed price within 24 hours of learning of the problem. Unlike another dealership that seemed so anxious to “help” me by selling me something on their lot that they didn’t listen to what I wanted, this one was willing to listen and tried there times to find what I said I wanted. First time deal with another dealer fell through, then the order mix-up, then success. (I had determined what I wanted via the build-a-car feature on Toyota’s website, which I liked because I could work things out without sales people’s influence.) More

I went in to look at a Hyundai Kona that I saw on their website. I found people walking around the parking lot that looked like sales people. I was not greeted at all. Inside the building I found a group of sales people talking amongst themselves. I felt invisible. Finally someone approached me and directed me to a sales professional, Larry. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I had a nice conversation and great test drive with him. When we arrived back at the dealership, I asked how much the car would cost. Simple question, I had to wait for 30 minutes before the sales manager came. I found out that the advertised price on the website was after a federal tax credit.(if you qualify). You were still responsible for that amount. That’s misleading. I had the sales manager appraise my car, he came back to me with, “I’m going to need at least $2000 down,” He didn’t fill out the form to include what he was offering for my car, what tax and processing fees would be or what the out the door price would be. I asked him for this information, and just as I suspected he undervalued my trade by at least $2000. If you like to play games, go see this guy, but I prefer a dealer that is honest and up front with me from the beginning of the transaction. I do not recommend this dealer. I wonder what else he was hiding from me? More
