I love having a new vehicle but absolutely hate going to a dealership. My experiences dealing with a car salesmen by and large have been terrible. Over the years my distaste for the entire vehicle buying experience and sales pressure has lead me to doing all of my shopping and negotiations via email. Once I had selected the vehicle I wanted to purchase I contacted via email Heritage Toyota. I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism that was shown to me by this dealership as we communicated. I never once felt pressured or rushed. I particularly want to praise my salesmen Ali Morsy who went out of his way to make this a pleasant experience for me. If all dealerships treated customers the way Heritage Toyota treated me, and had sales staff like Ali Morsy the car buy experience would be something that you would look forward too. Ecstatic with our New 2017 Highlander Limited It is with great pleasure that i share my wife and i experience at Heritage Toyota Catonsville. When we first went to buy our first Toyota Highlander It is with great pleasure that i share my wife and i experience at Heritage Toyota Catonsville. When we first went to buy our first Toyota Highlander in 2015. It was then we meet David Day, He treated us with the utmost of respect, he did not try to sell us anything nor was he puchy, did not talk to much. He listened to what we had to say. He had tree different models and colors and put all other sales on hold until we made up our mind. So after one year i had keep on getting something in my tires. So as we was waiting to have my car service. Toyota was offering a 1500 rebate plus other one time deals. So what would you say if you could get out of your old car for a brand new 2016 for just 20 more per month. After driving the 2016 for two months, i just happened to be looking online and was shocked to find that Toyota had redesigned 2017 Highlander, the front grill looks just like a lexus. Also the 2017 adds several safety features. All of these extras plus we went from the XLE to a LIMITED plus Toyota certified platinum vehicle service agreement. For just 40 more then what we were paying. My special thanks goes to my Heritage Toyota, team. David Day- #1 Sales. Bong Lee, leed Finance Officer, extremely nice, patient knows how to get all of what you need, for a price that you can afford. From the start, he has been flexible with scheduling my appointments, been honest regarding the work that needed to be done and very accessible. Last year, I decided I was ready to get a new car and because of the great service I received from Ryan, I made that purchase at Russell. I live in Laurel, with many other dealerships closer than Russell, but because of the strong customer service from Ryan, I consistently make the drive to Catonsville.
