I went to Toyota after doing a little bit of research- I wanted a midsize SUV and the deal they were running for the RAV-4 was hard to pass up. I met Tori as soon as I walked in and she greeted me with a smile. We sat down in her office and went over some options..I had never bought a new car before and she was extremely knowlegable and patient. She explained in detail about the features of each vehicle, upgrade options, etc. We spent another hour test driving cars. We then met the manager Bobby, who was also awesome to work with. I never felt like I was being pressured or pushed to make a decision. I ended up leaving to go to another dealer, and then going back to Toyota later that night to buy a car. Tori stayed long after the dealership closed to make sure the purchase went smoothly. I was so happy with my experience. It took a bit of a turn when my new car had some technical problems two days after purchase. I contacted Tori on her cell phone the next day and she encouraged me to bring it in without an appointment. They immediately saw me, took my car, and gave me an equivalent rental. It was a bit of a headache and I was disappointed, but through the process I did feel like I was being supported. Not only were they apologetic, but they were determined to get my problems fixed ASAP. Tori texted me personally throughout the week to update me on my car, and was holding my keys when I went to go pick it up. She has been in touch since to make sure everything is running smoothly. Although there was a little hiccup, my overall experience was a great one. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible with your needs. I would definitely recommend them (especially Tori Robinson!) They helped me find the perfect car for my family and my budget! More

I first contacted the dealership via email about a car I saw online and made an appointment for a test drive. I took off from my work hopping that I will finally find my car that I have been searching. As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was told that the person who is helping me is finishing up a sale and will be with me soon. After 15-20 minutes, imagine I arrived on time only to be told to hold on and wait, he fished his sale and came to greet me. He was clueless about the car that I have been talking to him though email and he needs more information. I respectfully gave him the information but he was unable to find it on the lot. He called his manager who told me they don't know where the car is but he will get it here in the next 30-45 minutes, he just need my information and discuss about making a deal about a car that I Was not even sure it existed. I was upset and told them to call me when the car is on their lot. The call never came and I moved on into looking other cars. I found similar car at the same location and again called the dealership and told the person on the other side of the phone my previous ordeal. He laughed and swore the car is there and I only have to show up to get the process started. This time I went few minutes early just because it was my day off. I was greeted again by a different salesman and again wanted to know what car I was talking about. I kept my cool and told him the stock number. He looked on his computer and went out of his office looking for the car key. I think I sat their with my wife who is also getting angry at me for wasting her time for almost 15-20 minutes. I see people looking at us and even some were laughing. I called one one of the salesman and asked if they really had the car on the lot but he declined to answer and told me to wait. No manager came and no car was found. He came and told me that "the car is not here but if you give me few hours i will get it here for you." He said that he will take care of me and all these troubles they put me through will pay off. I knew he was not going to call me and I wasted my time for nothing. The funny part was they contacted me by another manager after few days and told me that he was suppose to be the one taking care of me and he will get the car on the lot next morning, if I agree to stop by. I hesitantly told him OK, but call me first after you have the keys on your hand. I think now you see the trend, the call never came. When I finally tough they are done making up stories and they are going to move on, someone emails me and said he hopes my experience was great with their sales personnel and he hopes I will do business with them again I sent him an email letting him know what I think about his people and his dealership. It was not a nice email to say the least. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO. DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU UNTIL YOU SEE IT IN YOUR OWN EYES. FINAL GRADE F-. More

Great sales and finance Personnel. Very rude GM. I recently came in for trading in a car and I had an appointment with Michael Trebbe. I was informed that he was a newer salesman so I understood that I recently came in for trading in a car and I had an appointment with Michael Trebbe. I was informed that he was a newer salesman so I understood that there would be bumps in the road. I had a great experience with Bong in Finance and Michael in sales, but the general manager, Dave Gruner, was an absolute nightmare. Entirely, utterly unprofessional in handling business and customer service. He began to get animated once discussing and bargaining price of a car. He refused to discuss in a calm level headed manner and was avoiding questions asked by both my wife and myself. As far as the conversation goes, he would not let either of us get a word in otherwise. The reason for the 3 star rating is solely because of Dave otherwise this would be a 5 star. Working in customer service for a majority of my life, I can surely and confidently say this is someone I would not do business with again. During my visit, Michael (sales) began to panic a bit and decided to escalate above the sales manager's head and straight to Dave, which made for this unpleasant experience. Hopefully this review helps out the next consumer. Stay clear of Dave and next time you have to speak to him, please be prepared to spar, so bring a set of boxing gloves to the dealership. The good side is that Bong was amazingly helpful in Finance as was Bobby Haag in Sales who was extremely knowledgeable on the car I chose. More
