Very inexperienced and unprofessional service adviser. I took my car there for a regular oil change and after getting my car back I have the seat belt light for the passenger seat on the dash and it wouldn I took my car there for a regular oil change and after getting my car back I have the seat belt light for the passenger seat on the dash and it wouldnt go away unless i actually click it in as though somebody is sitting there. I took it back to them and they they are basically trying to make me pay $500 plus for an issue that wasn’t there before I took my car to them. The gentleman names chuck was very unprofessional and disrespectful. At the same time they have there sales department calling me trying to buy my car. They work together. Customer service is zero. It was my first time and I’m never going back to them again. More

He checked with other dealers to see if I could get the model and color that I wanted. Dave showed my wife and I the model that I wanted but in a different color. My wife and I love the new color. Ms. Tyree in the finance department was very helpful. She presented with all of the options that were available to me. She took the time to go through and explain everything. Heritage Toyota will be my first choice when looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Zero follow up and ignored emails. My wife recently purchased a used Toyota Corolla for our son. The vehicle has dirty seats and a broken hubcap. Condition for the purchase, Mr. Nash My wife recently purchased a used Toyota Corolla for our son. The vehicle has dirty seats and a broken hubcap. Condition for the purchase, Mr. Nash was to get a replacement hubcap and seat covers. There have been multiple emails to Mr. Nash that have been completely ignored. I would rather he had said he cannot get a hubcap - a SINGLE hubcap - and seat covers, than lie to get the sale. Very very unethical. Next on the list of things to do - email the dealer ownership, management and anyone else that would care to listen. More

Thank God that Jennie stayed and helped us because the finance person, Dominic, was extremely unprofessional. He was not only do not explain the questions that we asked, but also very pushed (I even felt that we were forced) even after we clearly stated that we do not want to purchase any extended warranty and maintenance service. In addition, Dominic even changed the purchase price that we had agreed. Like my husband felt that we were held hostage for an unnecessary extended long period of time to finish the finance papers. Dominic made us very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Cory Snyder (Finance Manager) is also wonderful. He fixed the huge mistake that Dominic made when we came to pick up the new car next day. He explained our questions and provided quick and accurate services. If we even need to purchase another car, we will definitely purchase from Jennie again. In addition, we will request Cory to be our finance manger. We don't want to deal with someone who does not know what he is doing anymore! More
