Outstanding Military Customer Service My Wife and I worked with Dave and in the middle of a PCS needed a car for our family quick. We added a few options without any issues, negotiation took minutes to get an amazing deal and we were out the door in an hour with a brand new Highlander. And guess what? I got exactly what I requested. I was treated like "royalty". I was given a car to drive to work in the morning while most of the paper work was done. When I returned after work, I sat with Judy and Cory Snyder, who handles the financing and the balance of the paper work might have taken an hour or so. Judy and Cory Snyder explained the best warranties as well as the "free" perks that Heritage offers. After that, Mark Putnam, the General Sales Manager came over and shook my hand and thanked me for coming in and verified that I was happy with my new car before I left the dealership. Also, Judy Giron and David Day my salesman, made absolutely sure that I was completely satisfied with my new car before I left the dearship. I not only love my new car, I am very proud of it.
