Abdullah is very patient, has a big personality, is and definitely cares. I spent a bit of time in the dealership and he made sure I ate. I truly recommend going to Abdullah if you want someone who cares about customers. He was straightforward and really worked with me to make sure I found the right car no matter how picky I was. Definitely a good choice to revisit Toyota as always. This is always my go to place. Definitely choose someone who will work with you and value you as a customer as purchasing a car is a very expensive and important choice to make. It took me two weeks to find a car because I believe in shopping around. Abdullah kept sending me cars as they came in. He really did partner with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Now, I am a happy customer. Hoping this review will help someone else. More

After a long day of talking with salespeople from many dealerships, I couldn't locate the car with the features I wanted. I called Heritage and spoke to Derrick Okpu. What a breath of fresh air! He sugges dealerships, I couldn't locate the car with the features I wanted. I called Heritage and spoke to Derrick Okpu. What a breath of fresh air! He suggested the one that was to be my car, and he and Jamisha (the sales manager) were so professional! They made sure it was available before I drove an hour to get there, had it cleaned before I got there and handled the transaction so smoothly!
