Lejaun and the rest of the service team have always been great about what needs to be done and made sure issues were quickly resolved. We've enjoyed Lejaun's personal approach and clear desire to make sure we are always informed for every decision and in touch and taken care of from start to finish. [SALES] Recently our 2002 hit a major repair decision and we opted to just upgrade to a newer used car. Initially, we started looking at everything and everywhere else for our replacement car. (It's been a great and very reliable car for 15+ years!) After some time we just came right back to Heritage and found that they had just the car we were looking for in stock which wasn't published to all the major automotive trading sites. (We could have saved so much time had we just started with them.) When we walked back through the door Yong met us with the much appreciated low key, no pressure approach and worked with us at every step of the way. He was very helpful walking us through the car's features, pros/cons, sales options, and sales process. Even after we completed our purchase, Yong was pointing out key features and making sure we were ready to venture off in our new car. In our search, we've encountered our share of the "average" car salesmen and managers. Yong and the team at Heritage are the group above the rest who do their best to do their job and make sure the customer is respected and valued. We couldn't be happier with our new 2017 Outback and are glad and relieved to know we are going to be sustaining our dealership relationship with them for many years to come into the future. - MM More

From my previous visits to this dealership, I knew about May as an example of the highest quality professional who can provide you a detailed and exhaustive answer on any question regarding the vehicle of interest. Not a surprise, this time, my previous conclusion was further strengthened. May explained me the differences between the various trims of Crosstrek, and actually helped me to choose the right trim. The process of vehicle buying, which in other dealerships could be quite annoying, went absolutely flawlessly with the help of May. I am driving my Crosstrek for a month already, and I love it. To the surprise of myself and the dealership, the repair turned out to be much more than anyone imagined. Due to the complex nature of the repair, it took longer than anticipated. Jennifer, my representative at the dealership, offered excellent customer service. She always returned my messages and kept me updated on the status of the repair while reassuring me that my car would be fixed as promised. Overall I was extremely pleased with the customer service and support I received throughout this experience. I would highly recommend this Subaru dealership. More

In a time when there is so much division in the world it was nice to meet people who only wanted to do their job, which was to make you happy. What a wonderful experience. May Farris was the most laid back, easy going, concerned, attentive, informative, and genuine salesperson I have ever dealt with. She presented options, but did not push. She asked questions that mattered and that eventually led to a very pleased and satisfied customer. The entire experience was incredible. From financing with the 'cowboy' to the time spent with Kevin just to go over all the electronics the car had to offer. What a useful and thoughtful benefit offered by Subaru, free, just to make certain you feel comfortable in your new car and not intimated by all the bells and whistles. The dealership was clean, bright, open, and friendly. I purchased the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper agreement, and I walked away carefree, confident, and satisfied. Thank you Subaru for employing such a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional staff and for having policies in place to support the customer. Great job.
