Purchasing the all new 2019 Subaru Ascent I have purchased 3 vehicle from this dealership 2000 Forester, 2006 B9 Tribeca, 2009 Forester.. It all started when my 2 vehicles were recalled for I have purchased 3 vehicle from this dealership 2000 Forester, 2006 B9 Tribeca, 2009 Forester.. It all started when my 2 vehicles were recalled for air bag issues and it was taken care of almost immediately. During the time when I was in the dealership, I was considering a vehicle to replace my 2006 B9 Tribeca. I was talking to the salesman Yong Lee at the time and kept close contact during the period.. It all started back in early 2017 when I wanted a vehicle to replace my 2006 Tribeca. Ay that time, the vehicle was discontinued after the 2014 model year. I was considering the Honda Plot, Toyota Highlander and Nissan Pathfinder. Mr Lee was very patient about this whole matter and atvthat time there were rumors about a Tribeca Replacement in 2018 or 2019. Mr Lee promised to keep me updated about the new 3 row suv and he did just that. Mr Lee and I kept in contact for almost a year and a half until I was read \y to place the order. Ordered the Ascent around the end of February and Just got the vehicle a few weeks ago. I was informed that I was the very first customer of the Heritage Subaru Dealership to take delivery. I was very excited!! I can thank Yong Lee and his manager Dan Rosenfeld in keeping me posted about the vehicle.. 6 Month Service Lejuan was wonderful. She got me in right away, showed me to the waiting room and offered complimentary beverages. I asked if there was WiFi, as I nee Lejuan was wonderful. 6 month service Came for a 6 month service. Waited on the line for 5 minutes until someone approached me. Nobody new who was my adviser. Waited for another 10 minu Came for a 6 month service. I come from a family of Subaru owners, we've had 11 over the years, so I have spent a fair amount of time in Subaru dealerships - I highly recommend working with the Heritage of Catonsville group! I have taken my 2010 Impreza here multiple times for service and repairs - Kati Henshall and her team are wonderful. I am always able to get an appointment quickly, my car is ready when expected, and the team keeps me in the loop about repairs, cost and timelines. Due to this, when Kati walked me through the options of what to do with that had 156,000 miles and needed $5K in repairs, I knew I was getting a truthful list of options and I felt comfortable with her opinion that a new car was my best, long-term option. The great customer service I've had in the service department absolutely carried over when purchasing a 2018 Forrester. Steve Sherman and Kevin Engle never rushed me in my decision and answered all of my questions. I never felt that I was being pushed to accept upgrades I didn't want/need and couldn't afford. I could not be happier with my experience and new car, and feel confident I will receive great service with oil changes and tune-ups to come! More
