Very satisfied. Although I was very disappointed with the failure of my radio and GPS system and the length of time for a replacement I was very appreciative with how Although I was very disappointed with the failure of my radio and GPS system and the length of time for a replacement I was very appreciative with how my issue was handled by the service department. The representative Joshua Colon was very responsive and gave me accurate information on when I could expect the replacement part. When I expressed disappointment with the length of time, my issue was escalated to the manager, Ryan Morse, who offered me a loaner while I waited for the part. Although I didn't take the loaner I really appreciated his willingness to help me. When the part arrived Joshua kept me informed of the installation progress and insured that the installation was coordinated with SiriusXM to activated the new radio. Also, Kevin Riebert, the Product Specialist helped me with and issue with my GPS. All three of these gentlemen handled my issues with professionalism. More
