Pleasant experience I recently purchased a car from russel and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Lola removed the majority of this( they still have to sell upgrades for spiffs ) and handed me over to Kevin James who finished the process almost painless. because I was tied up in a refi I had to order the car because I couldn't sign a loan. Lola/Kevin were able to find one locally so that as soon as the refi was finalized the car was available. Unfortunately some where along the line the second key was lost. Hopefully because of this inconvenience I hope they are willing to offer a third free. I will complete the review after the entire process is done More

During your first encounter, budget time to get to know each other - a shining example of relationship salesmanship. Steve also has a great sense of humor. He put in 110% to help me with critical issues of finding the right car when my insurance company decided my old car was worth more dead than alive. He clearly explains every step in the process and is highly supportive of his customers. I am grateful for all of his help, to my wife for referring me to Steve and I plan to send him many potential, new friends in the future. This is what a car buying experience should be.
