Never I'm a reasonable guy and I wanted to purchase a car from this dealer but I went to Herb Gordon instead. Here is why. I had to deal with 3 different sales representatives because none of them was able to communicate with me in timely manner. If I ask questions I expect answers but what do they do? They ask me same questions over and over again. I hate to leave a bad review but they need to do something about their lack of communication. I emailed the general manager and the sales managers about my poor experience with their sales representatives but I get no reply from them. That shows a lot of respect for customers. More

I explained the situation to him and he was very gracious and took me on a test drive knowing that there was no way I could buy the car at that time. He explained every part of the car and the options. He took his time on the busiest car buying day of the week. When I was ready to buy, Frank was on vacation, so I explained my situation to the Sales Manager and he was fabulous! I told him exactly what I wanted and it was there waiting for me when I arrived that evening. I then worked with May Farris, who again was very gracious even though we were really Frank's customers. She treated us like her own! I love my new car! More

You know what I mean—if the salesperson is too pushy or insincere you just want to leave. Then you are annoyed because you were really interested in a car on that dealer's lot.
