We brought in a printout from the internet for the specific car we wanted. He brought it out and took me, then my wife, on a test drive and answered all our questions. He didn't rush us nor did he try to steer us towards something more expensive. He was respectful and courteous and was pleasantly playful with our 5 year old. He offered a paint and upholstery service for the car but we said we were not interested and he didn't bring it up again. It's a great place to buy a car, and when you go there just ask for Nick.
