Had fun buying my first NEW car (Subaru Forester) Heritage Subaru was immediately warm and friendly. He drove with me in two vehicles (one used, one new), made connections with managers and finance and made the process comfortable. He even gave me snacks and water while I weighed my options. I think we came up with a sale that was a win/win, and I'm thrilled with my new blue Forester. Everyone was easy-going without any pushiness. I felt valued and comfortable. Extremely satisfied! My 2012 Forester, with 72,000 miles, had what the service manager called "a catastrophic event." It would require a new or rebuilt engine. All those involved in the process were patient, understanding, giving me a clear, concise description of what happened to the car. I am very pleased with what I was given on the car, as a trade in, and I am now the owner of a 2017 Crosstrek. Mr. Sherman worked as hard as any car salesman I have ever encountered, to see that I got the best deal possible!
