He drove with me in two vehicles (one used, one new), made connections with managers and finance and made the process comfortable. He even gave me snacks and water while I weighed my options. I think we came up with a sale that was a win/win, and I'm thrilled with my new blue Forester. Everyone was easy-going without any pushiness. I felt valued and comfortable. I've been looking and researching for a month, and Heritage was the happiest dealership I've been in out of 6 total. Extremely satisfied! My 2012 Forester, with 72,000 miles, had what the service manager called "a catastrophic event." It would require a new or rebuilt engine. Steve Sherman worked from 9:30 until about 3:30 with me on 12/27 to come to a satisfactory conclusion. All those involved in the process were patient, understanding, giving me a clear, concise description of what happened to the car. I am very pleased with what I was given on the car, as a trade in, and I am now the owner of a 2017 Crosstrek. Mr. Sherman worked as hard as any car salesman I have ever encountered, to see that I got the best deal possible! He was fantastic and when I walked in the door the morning of the 27th, I had no idea what I was going to do. He calmed me down and believe me, that wasn't easy. More
