My daughter was moving from California to Baltimore to start a new job. After researching many Subaru dealers in the area, we decided on contacting Heritage to get information about availability on 2017 Imprezas. Within 24 hours we received a call from Yong. He politely introduced himself and asked how he could help us. My daughter was very specific about the color, trim line, and options on her car. Being a new college graduate, she was also concerned about getting a fair price. Yong far exceeded our expectations. After flying to Baltimore and arriving at the dealership, we were greeted warmly by Yong, and we were surprised to see an Impreza on the sales lot with exactly all the important safety features that my daughter wanted. Surprisingly, it was priced far, far less than my intended target. Yong Lee and Heritage Subaru of Catonsville made our car shopping experience the best that anyone can imagine. With a very fair initial offering price, Yong removed the unpleasant and tiresome task of back and forth negotiations. We never felt rushed nor intimidated, moreover, he treated us like valued customers. Without question, we received exceptional 5-star, VIP, Nordstrom-like customer service from Yong. Our experience may not be unusual, as I have a feeling Yong treats all of his clients with the same level of fairness, respect, and consideration. If you're in the greater Baltimore/Washington DC area and shopping for a new or used Subaru, look no further than Heritage Subaru of Catonsville and ask for Yong Lee.
