She was patient I purchased a 2017 Outback 2.5i Limited on 3/11/17. My sales person was May Farris, who was very helpful, competent and knowledgeable. She was patient with my requests and answered everything I asked. She did convey my price point negotiations to the manager and I did have some minor issues addressed. My only caveat would be to avoid a Saturday afternoon sale. The dealership was quite crowded and although the sale went quickly, it took almost 2 hours for the service department to get the car ready for me. More

Our salesman, Jorden Edwards, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was genuinely interested in meeting our needs. He took time to answer all of our questions and never pressured or rushed us to make a decision. When Jorden was called away for a few minutes to speak to another of his customers, Shawn, the manager immediately came over and kept the process moving for us. Both men stayed beyond closing time so we could take our new vehicle home that evening. I would highly recommend working this dealership and Shawn if you are looking for a new Subaru! More

2015 Acura Purchased a 2015 Acura RDX from Stephen Sherman at Heritage Subaru Catonsville. My husbands' friend Lola works at this Heritage location and called me Purchased a 2015 Acura RDX from Stephen Sherman at Heritage Subaru Catonsville. My husbands' friend Lola works at this Heritage location and called me when I submitted an online inquiry. She was amazing and gave us a $25 gift card for coming in for the test drive. She recommended we work with Steve and he was absolutely fantastic. He is very low pressure and relatively knowledgeable given that I was interested in a car that was a brand they do not typically carry. They held the car overnight while we went and checked out the same car at different dealerships to make sure we were getting what we wanted at the right price. The manager, Stephen and Lola came back with the right price for us and we purchased the vehicle that I am so far very happy with. Downsides was having to work with Mr. Patel in financing who was sort of the quintessential sleazy car salesman type of guy. I have very good credit and was putting a large amount down on the car so the financing itself wasn't the issue. He was extremely aggressive in trying to sell warranties and protection packages on the vehicle. At one point I had to tell him that I've already said no five times please listen to me. I said that I did not want to do business with Bank of America, so he said he would call the credit unions when they opened on Monday(it was a Saturday) and give me a call Monday to discuss my financing options with them. Well Monday came and went. I made two calls to Mr. Patel that he did not return. Took until late in the week to answer my call and he seemed to be making up interest rates and stumbled to answer my questions. Was not pleased at all with my experience with Mr. Patel so try not to work with that sleaze ball if you can avoid it. The car we bought was originally driven in PA and they do not need a front license plate. Stephen made sure we got the right frame from the Acura dealership. The car also only had one key fob with it. So Lola reached out to a vendor to get us a discount on an aftermarket fob. Overall I would highly recommend Heritage Mazda Subaru Catonsville. More
