Steve was very knowledgeable and supportive to our concerns and desires, but NEVER was he pushy or overbearing. He and the entire Heritage Team when out of their way to find us the exact model we wanted in both the color and configuration we desired. Not only that, they were much more than fare with the amount they gave us on our trade-in, actually exceeding my expectations. As is typical for one of my generation I've bought many news cars over my lifetime and general dislike the experience especially the haggling back and forth. Not so this time! Steve listened to my expectations and delivered EXACTLY what I wanted all within an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere. I had a Forester that had literally saved my life in two separate occasions. The most recent, totaled the car, but I walked away! I knew what car I wanted to buy and who and where I needed to buy it from. Walking into Heritage Subaru is like walking into your family's kitchen. There was Steve Sherman, who sold me my first car, and it was great to see him. Justin Cleaver was there......once after a rough winter I came into the showroom and yelled "I love my Subaru" because I was one of the few people to make it in to work! Steve Sherman is a wonderful man who takes his time to explain everything to someone like me, who really wants the car for the safety factor and will properly never use Bluetooth and some of the other new features but I am so happy to know that I can walk into Heritage Subaru of Catonsville and be treated like family/friends. In this day and age, that is almost unheard of. Kudos to everyone at Heritage Subaru of Catonsville. More
