When we finally decided on a 2017 Subaru Forester, he was quick to go around the lot showing us what each of the interior and exterior colors look like. The car that we traded in was not a typical trade in at the dealership, but instead of giving a quick quote, they took the time to call other dealerships to see what the car was worth. He drove with me in two vehicles (one used, one new), made connections with managers and finance and made the process comfortable. He even gave me snacks and water while I weighed my options.
