There was alot to learn and Stephen Sherman is, I believe, one of the most patient guys. Not once did we feel rushed even though we took up quite a few hours of his day. You could tell he truly believes in his product and knew every detail about that car. We were able to get exactly the car we wanted that day and feel we paid a very fair price. It was hard giving up our family van with so many memories but we are absolutely loving our new Outback. Steve has already called to follow up and it's only been two days since we purchased the car. We would definitely go back to buy again from Steve and Heritage. More

Julian Barnes (our sal Purchased a new 2017 Subaru Forrester from Heritage Subaru in Catonsville and I c ouldn't have had a better buying experience. Julian Barnes (our salesperson) could not have been nicer and friendly. My wife and I walked onto their lot and where met by Julian. Even though we had not made an appointment Julian gave us some of his time and showed us a few Forresters that were on the lot and let me wife and I sit in a couple. My wife and I found Julian so charming we made an appointment to sit down with him and start the purchase process. Julian and the finance manager (sorry, I think his name was Kevin) were great to work with, helping us through every step and question that we had. Our only regret is that buying a vehicle has not gotten any easier or shorter. It really should not take hours and hours (nearly 6 in total) to make a car purchase. Subaru, if you are listening and reading this review, you really need to rethink your car buying process. Spending nearly an entire afternoon and nearly evening finalizing our purchase let my wife and I exhausted. After spending our last hour plus with the finance person, doing paperwork and dancing around an additional $6500 in "extras" that were trying to be added into our final finance amount my wife and I finally left the dealership with our new car just happy to be out in the fresh air. We know this is the dance/game all dealerships play when selling a new or used car. My wife and I have played this game many times in our 60+ years of life. Between us, we have bought probably 6-8 vehicles and only one time have we actually enjoyed the buying experience. Subaru, you have put a great effort into hiring terrific sales and service personal. Now work on making the buying process a "customer friendly" experience. Everyone wants to make a living just don't keep so much of that "living" on your customer's back or we will go elsewhere in the future, and there are other "elsewheres". More

Thank goodness for May Farris - she took the initiative to scour the area for another 2016 manual Impreza, found one near Pittsburgh, arranged a dealer swap and had the car ready for me 2 days later.
