She was so friendly a This was my first time buying a car. I had shopped around at a few other dealers, but it was May Farris that really won me over. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She knew exactly what I wanted and was great at explaining everything. She broke down all the options for me and really helped make it easy for me to come to a decision. I was happy with the entire process, every one that worked with me, and most importantly I didn't feel rushed. The manager Kevin was also really great and made sure I had if I had any questions he was available to answer them. All around was a wonderful experience. Would recommend them to everyone. More

Today we purchased our 2017 Subaru Forester Touring w/navigation and Eyesight from Heritage Subaru Catonsville and Steve Sherman - what a GREAT experi Today we purchased our 2017 Subaru Forester Touring w/navigation and Eyesight from Heritage Subaru Catonsville and Steve Sherman - what a GREAT experience. Steve was very knowledgeable and supportive to our concerns and desires, but NEVER was he pushy or overbearing. He and the entire Heritage Team when out of their way to find us the exact model we wanted in both the color and configuration we desired. Not only that, they were much more than fare with the amount they gave us on our trade-in, actually exceeding my expectations. As is typical for one of my generation I've bought many news cars over my lifetime and general dislike the experience especially the haggling back and forth. Not so this time! Steve listened to my expectations and delivered EXACTLY what I wanted all within an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere.
