I was prepared to walk out if I got a hard sell or was made to feel uncomfortable or pressured, but Anthony Arnoux was so polite and easy to talk to that I ended up buying a 2017 Subaru Outback from him the next day. That's right - I left that afternoon with all the information I wanted, went home to talk it over with my husband, and came back the next day ready to make a deal. It was a long process, primarily because I had a laundry list of wants as well as a firm payment number in my head, but Anthony and his management team (especially Justin Cleaver) were so patient and so welcoming that I never felt pressured or guilted into making a decision. I truly felt like they were interested in what was going to be the best car, and best financing deal, for me and my family. I even went right home and recommended their dealership (and Subarus in general) to my parents, who were in the market for a used car. Part of the reason for the pain was my schedule: I work the graveyard shift, so it's difficult for me to do things during normal business hours. Firstly, she always accommodated me, whether it was responding promptly to texts I sent at inconvenient hours, to calling me to leave a message as soon as there was an update (and sometimes to let me know that they were still waiting on a part), to arranging a good time for me to bring in my car. I have found few other places and employees who go out of their way to ease a customer's experience. Secondly, the most unexpected, yet also most useful assistance was her managing to procure a courtesy vehicle while mine was in the shop. Since I must drive to work, I would have had to rent a car or try to ride share, but of which would have been extremely inconvenient. She definitely has kept this customer coming back to Heritage Subaru for any and all car repair issues! More
