Manager fabricated service completed on used car I was informed by management that car had been serviced and detailed before my purchase; oil and air filters changed etc.. It had not. Asked the car I was informed by management that car had been serviced and detailed before my purchase; oil and air filters changed etc.. It had not. Asked the car be recleaned. Inside was never touched. Carfax indicated one service in 10/18 at approximately 22,000 miles. I was told by manager it was serviced more but Carfax doesn't always get the information. Also informed it was inspected until March 2020. In Maryland, yes, but I required reinspection in PA. Inspection and regular maintenance cost was an additional $250.00. Purchased an extended service contract. Was not informed the service was a $250.00 deductible! Wil Wells, however, was a gracious person. More

Routine service appointment I had a good experience Robert Thomas was my service advisor. I made my appt. this for 11:40 am and told I would be in and out in 90 minutes. Well un I had a good experience Robert Thomas was my service advisor. I made my appt. this for 11:40 am and told I would be in and out in 90 minutes. Well unfortunately that did not happen. Mr. Thomas came out to tell me it was not ready, but because it took so long they would comp my service appointment, which I was very surprised. I thought that was very generous! I did not purchase my Mazda from this dealership, but I have had all my car services done here, and I’ve always been treated like I purchased my car here. The service has always been very good and timely. I would recommend Heritage Mazda to anyone who would like to purchase a car or needs service for their Mazda. Also, Mr. Robert Thomas does an amazing job, every time I go in for service he has went above and beyond to make my visit a great one! Thank you so much Mr. Thomas!!! More
