We were considering possibly purchasing two used CR-Vs, one low mileage plus an older one with more mileage. Due to great financing for a new CR-V, we chose new, but as soon as we are able my intent is to return and have Ken Arment help me find a replacement vehicle to get to and from work. In my dealings with Ken, we found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and sincere in helping us - I would be very disappointed if we couldn’t work with him in the future. Over my lifetime of buying vehicles, I wish I had developed a great relationship with him years ago. In my opinion, he is a great asset for the Heritage Mazda Bel Air sales team! It only took a few minutes to get the paperwork done when I dropped the car off and I was on my way with a complementary loaner. I received a call from the service manager telling me of some other minor problems with the car that they found during the inspection. They completed all of the work by 12:30 pm. That's only 3 hours from start to finish. Not bad. More
