There were two (almost identical) there to look at and Ken Arment let both my mom and I test drive, inspect/look over, talk it over, and after a hard decision of which one to choose, Ken was very patient and addressed any concerns I had. Both Ken and Ryan the finance manager made the process easy, and surprisingly I got a better financing deal than I even thought I would! I thought it was super nice of Ken, he purchased me all brand new All-Weather mats for my car. A few days after purchase, I was contacted to ensure I was completely satisfied with my car, which in my opinion, was great and made me feel like they really truly care for their customers. In my experience with Heritage Mazda of Belair, with their competitive pricing, easy scheduling, and friendly associates I would recommend Ken along with the dealership. More

This was my first time buying a car and I could not have had a better experience. John was knowledgeable, extremely friendly and went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get the car I wanted. He had a better experience. He drove all the way to Lancaster and back to pick up the car so I could test drive it and even came in on his day off to finish the process with me. Ryan in finance worked with me over the phone and in person to secure a great loan at a great rate. I was nervous going into the process, but walked away extremely happy. I'd highly recommend John as a salesman and Heratige Madza as a dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
