We had a great experience with our sales associate who was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and worked with us where he could. The good experience was unfortunately tainted by the sales manager, Eugene, who was rude, standoffish and just made the overall environment feel uncomfortable for us. Their computer system stopped working at the end of the night and they expected us to come back from Philly to sign papers. Thankfully chisom drove to Philly the next day and saved us the long drive down. If it wasn’t for Chisom, we would have left the dealership due to the lack of respect shown by Eugene. More

I don't typically write reviews but in this instance I felt compelled to do so. Anthony Harris was exceptional in assisting me in finding the right vehicle for me. I went into the dealership looking for a felt compelled to do so. Anthony Harris was exceptional in assisting me in finding the right vehicle for me. I went into the dealership looking for a specific pre-owned CX-5, which wasn't available on the lot. However, I test drove one that was similar. After listening to my needs and wants, Anthony suggested I look at a CX-30 and he was spot on. That's what I ended up purchasing. He was very personable, pleasant, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. He wasn't fake, pushy or pressing but rather kind, patient and yet still completely professional. Put it this way, by the end of the process I wanted to invite him over to dinner with my family. That says a lot as I'm typically the type to be skeptical of people, especially car salesman, as I haven't had the best experiences in the past with them (particularly at a large dealership just down the road). In my wife's words, "he was awesome!" If you're hesitant about buying a new or used car because of past experiences, go into Heritage Mazda of Bel Air and ask for Anthony and all will be well. More
