First, I want you to know that this is an unsolicited review, and it truly reflects my experience in August 2021. I've purchased many cars over the years, and this time around I visited multiple car deal review, and it truly reflects my experience in August 2021. I've purchased many cars over the years, and this time around I visited multiple car dealerships of many different makes, so I feel I can speak well on this topic. Heritage Mazda is easy to find and one of the bonuses of coming here is that there was always parking available for guests. I hate showing up and seeing there's no place to park. I had initially inquired online, so when I entered I asked for the sales representative by name, and I was cheerfully directed to his office. Walking through the dealership, there were several models on display; everything was open concept with an inviting waiting area that appeared stocked with beverages. I was ready for the usual sales pitch and ploys, but it didn't come. I worked with Wil Wells, a thoroughlly seasoned sales representative who was one of the most genuine and friendly people I've ever met. After several minutes, I could see that he sincerely had my interests at heart, so I went on two test drives with two different models to see which one I liked the most. I left that day with a high interest in a CX-5. I did a little more research on the internet and being the climate of today's market, I explored the possibility of negotiating at least a little savings off the MSRP. I did contact other Mazda dealers through the internet, but they all seemed way too eager to get me through their doors. I called Wil back and felt totally unpressured with my decision-making. When I asked about price wiggle-room, he did work something out with the approval of the dealership's GM. The CX-5 spoke for itself. I love my car. I also felt EVERYONE at this dealership treated me with respect and as a highly-valued customer. I didn't have any need to go anywhere else. This was an A+ experience in my book, and believe me, I don't give out very many "A's." More

What great service! Had ordered back bumper guard and when they said 90 minutes it only took 60 minutes! Yeah!!!
