We purchased our new CX-9 in November 2020 and are just about at the 1 year anniversary of ownership, but I have never gotten around to submitting a review... I could not find what I wanted locally, then found the exact CX-9 I wanted at Heritage. We did everything either via email plus a couple of phones calls. We were set to drive from Pittsburgh to do the actual purchase, but then PA went a bit crazy with some new Covid restrictions which changed our plans. Due to some special circumstances on our end, it was not possible for us to go to Maryland, so Matt arranged to meet us at a Sheetz in PA to take care of the paperwork. This is not how we expected to do it, but it got done and we drove home that day with our new CX-9. On top of the great service, the price we paid was much better than we were quoted from local dealers. The trip was well worth the effort. More
