My husband and I recently relocated from California to Maryland so that I could pursue a residency at Johns Hopkins. We had given one of our vehicles to my daughter when we left with the plans of buying a Maryland so that I could pursue a residency at Johns Hopkins. We had given one of our vehicles to my daughter when we left with the plans of buying a new one when we got to Maryland. I reached out to Mike, who went out of his way to schedule a time to meet with us to review the inventory and everything that makes Mazda the incredible company it is. From the moment we met Mike, we knew we had made the right choice. Being used to the high-pressure sales tactics in California, Mike was a breath of fresh air. We test-drove nearly every car on the lot, and Mike could answer our many questions easily. We had our two dogs with us, and thankfully it was a cool day, so they were comfortable in our primary vehicle while we went on test drives, but Mike was very accommodating when it came time for potty breaks. At the end of the visit, my husband and I decided that we wanted to pull the trigger and purchase one of the vehicles we looked at. I had a meeting I needed to be on camera for, and Mike and Ryan went above and beyond to assist us in finding a branch of our bank so we could pick up a cashier's check. He even went as far as to offer to drive us there. Ryan, the finance director, also went above and beyond, knowing there was a time conflict coming up that I would be unavailable. He got us in and out of signing so quickly I thought there had to be more to do. My husband and I love our CX-9, and we know we chose the correct location. We will be back in the future for our next vehicle. Thank you so much, Mike and Ryan! You gave us a great welcome to Maryland and beautiful memories of our Mazda purchase.
