You can't really go wrong with a Mazda, and if you already know you want one, you might as well find what you want on their website, and take advantage one of their internet deals. They will definitely treat you right. This was honestly the first time in my car-buying life that I felt like I was dealing with a regular person whose job was simply to sell cars, instead of someone who was trying to get inside my head to find the best way to pull one over on me. Not only was it a reasonably good deal, I feel confident that if I have any problems with this car, I will be able to get someone on the phone, and that would actually be worth paying a little extra. I was already leasing a Mazda CX-9 when I entered Heritage of Bel Air. I loved the one I had so much that I wanted to stay with the CX-9 because no other car compared. It is so roomy, especially in t Heritage of Bel Air. I loved the one I had so much that I wanted to stay with the CX-9 because no other car compared. It is so roomy, especially in the back with the 3rd row folded down, and I can fit so much baby stuff back there! We were not sure if we wanted to buy out the vehicle we already had, or purchase or lease a new CX-9. There were a few options that the newer models had that were not in the one I already had. Ken and the team worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. I will definitely return to Heritage of Bel Air for service on my new CX-9. I loved my 2007 CX-9 and I absolutely love my 2010 CX-9 even more. I love all the options it has!! I tell people all the time what a great car it is and that you get lots of options but not for a big price. I usually get tired of my car after about a year or two, but it's been 3 years and I love it just as much as I did the first day I got my first one! I will definitely referring to Ken at Heritage of Bel Air. More

The person we dealt with, our dealer, was Wil Wells. He's was very informative, friendly and helpful and even joked with us a lot. Helped us with two test drives of different Mazda 3s and in the end, we chose the car we wanted. My parents wasn't so sure of the price at first, but he took us through the entire price count process with lots of patience, and we eventually decided that we should buy the car there. More

All I can say about this dealer and salesman is that they are both TOP SHELF. This is the four car I have purchased from Heritage and from Ken. Ken worked until late at night aiding me in getting my old vehicle back to my apartment as well as my newly purchased vehicle. On the ride he even helped me (having moved to the area very recently) with places I should look into in the surrounding area. Hilary is the most competent finance manager I have ever met and is able to explain every aspect of the sales paperwork patiently, works to find me answers to all my questions and provides me with as many financing schedules and loan repayment options as I ask for (which is always alot) without ever appearing impatient or irritated that I am taking too much of her time. This time I also had the opportunity to work with the other finance manager, Justin, and was very pleased with his level of expertise and friendly demeanor.
