we walked into this dealership after an extremely disappointing experience at a very large well known dealership down the road (wont mention any names but it starts with a J). i was with my mother-i disappointing experience at a very large well known dealership down the road (wont mention any names but it starts with a J). i was with my mother-in-law and my 18 month old daughter (so you know who they were dealing with). we were immediately greeted and welcomed by ahmed who had us quickly forget about the last 3 hours we had wasted down the street. the next 2 hours were long with the baby, but ahmed kept us entertained with balloons and personable service. my interactions with john and stephanie were just as charming. stephanie actually gave me a congratulatory hug as i was leaving and john called shortly after my car was delivered to my home to ensure i was happy with my new mazda...which i was of course!! i would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a car, they were straightforward, friendly and they were able to get me the exactly what i wanted! :) ps. a few days after my car was delivered i realized i had left an item in my loaner car, ahmed tracked down this item from the car which at this point was in delaware! talk about going above and beyond!
