Of course, I told him I was there to get info to take back to my husband, and would probably not buy a car that day. He spent time with me on a test drive, getting an appraisal for my trade-in, and on financing information. He was very nice about handling customers who had come in to close a deal, and made sure I was comfortable and had something to drink while he cleared the decks to focus on what I needed from him. The deal he offered on the used 2010 Mazda3 was too good to pass up, so I called my husband and told him I was going to buy the car that day. There was no pressure from anyone to do so. Everyone there was friendly, huggable, and answered all my questions. Richard, the finance/warrenty guy was nice about giving me options for bumper to bumper coverage for my new to me car.
