The only thing keeping the experience from being "great" instead of "good" was the enormous amount of time it took to process the sale. I was waiting for over 1 1/2 hours to complete paperwork. They seemed short-staffed and it appeared that the employees had to move back and forth between the different auto showrooms located at the dealership. One of the salespeople did check on me to assure me things were moving along, which I appreciated. Besides that, service was very good and I felt I received a very fair deal from this dealership.
