I dealt with Ahmed when purchasing my new Mazda 6. He was very friendly and he helped to get me a great deal and he located the exact car that I wanted, eventhough it was in Philadelphia! On 12/31/10 about 11AM I parked my car on the Heritage lot and walked to each Mazda 2011 SUV. I was the only customer on the lot (that I could see). After much research online, I had decided to buy a Trib lot and walked to each Mazda 2011 SUV. I was the only customer on the lot (that I could see). After much research online, I had decided to buy a Tribute. I wanted leather seats, backup camera,etc. But I also looked at the smaller SUV's. Most cars were unlocked so I got in, sat down and spent some time looking around each vehicle. I walked all around the cars - checking them out as throughly as possible by myself. I was on the lot at least 15 minutes - right in front of the main doors. Not one person came out to talk to me. The glass is tinted but I could see the men standing there, right behind the glass, looking at me. Finally, I just stood there and stared back at them but no luck. I can only assume they had sold all they wanted to and couldn't be bothered to sell one more car. So now it is a Subaru Outback for me - about the same price but 3 times better resale value. More

She located one in New York for us and even drove up herself to secure the car and bring it back down to Maryland. Everyone was very friendly, professional and very responsive. When we went to sign papers and purchase the car, everything was ready and prepared for us, making the process last only about an hour long. If we are ever in the market again for a Mazda, we will definitely return to Heritage in Bel Air as our first dealership of choice. More

This is our second purchase from Bel Air Mazda in the last 3 years. We are extremely satisfied with not only our purchase recently but moreover, our salesman. We had visited the mile one jeep dealer a w last 3 years. We are extremely satisfied with not only our purchase recently but moreover, our salesman. We had visited the mile one jeep dealer a week earlier and felt as though they were doing us a favor by waiting on us with no price incentive. Then we decided on a mazda and Will Wells went over and beyond the call of duty. After the dealership closed Will made us feel welcome to stay and discuss the potential new purchase and told us he was " there for us" until we ere happy and ready to leave. This was well after closing. We then were in limbo a few days and Will understood ... when we decided to finally buy Will had the car waiting for my wife and daughter and spent hours with them on the final decision. This to me is what good sales is all about. As a salesman in a large construction company ,in a very competitive business, I am very familiar and sensitive to customer service. We lack the customer service aspect of sales in most of our businesses today. The bottom line is Will Wells " gets it" and you should be very proud / happy to have him represent your company. I have addressed most of the survey points above..price was good, not great. The remaining services were excellent. I will sell for this dealership and recommend at every step of the way. Great job! They were able to immediately confirm the vehicle I was interested in was available and they sent me a price. Everyone was friendly and professional. More
