We have dealt with Wil Wells at Mile One Heritage Auto Mall in Bel Air, Maryland for our most recent purchase. My experience with Ken and the entire Heritage Mile One staff was ideal. John Daly and James Utermohle went out of their way to get exactly what I wanted in my new Mazda CX-9. I got a fair price for the new vehicle as well as my trade without a bunch of haggling. This is a top notch dealership and service department(I toured that as well). Very clean and professional! I have also bought a new vehicle from another Mile One Heritage and was very satisfied there. I will continue to deal with Mile One Heritage. I am happy and comfortable to refer anyone to this dealership. Top notch! More

This was my first time buying a new car, and I was sort of skeptical about things after talking with my parents. I made sure I didn't go through this process without them. When I went to Heritage Mazda, I met Ken who helped me and my dad out with picking out a car. We took it for a test drive, sat down and talked some numbers over. Ken was a really nice guy, great salesman. Not like most salesman you meet that will just do anything to get a sale. I was given the opportunity to borrow the brand new 2009 Mazda3 I wanted for the weekend (never thought that was possible!!) to try it out before making my final decision. I LOVED IT!!! I took the car back the Monday following, and made the deal with my parents. Ken was great, and I met a few of the other salesmen who were really nice. Hopefully when and if I ever buy a new car in the future, I'll have just as good of an experience as I had with this dealership, and Ken Arment. He made sure that I was 200% happy with the decision I was making, instead of just worrying about making another sale. Thank you guys so much!! More
