We walked in and were promptly greeted by Ken Arment. We explained our problem with our current car and suggested we were considering buying a Mazda 3 instead of repairing our Saturn. Ken took over and gave us prices and payments on the Mazda 3 sport and touring models. He then suggested leasing vs buying. Within 3 hours we leased a Mazda 3 i 4=door touring model and drove it home. Ken, the sales manager (name unknown), and Justin (the finance person) were all completely capable, knew their jobs and performed them in an expedient, honest, and friendly manner. It is the best experience I have ever had in buying a car, bar none.The car is everything they said it would be. I don't know which I enjoy more - driving the car or dealing with your sales people. All in all, my wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience at Mazda, and I could never say that before in all my 50 years of buying cars. Justin educated us on all the warranty options without unnecessary pressure. when the time came, ken delivered the vehicle (not an easy task) to our door, and made the signing process a breeze. he was very patient in answering any questions/concerns we had in familiarizing us with our new wheels. it was a very positive experience that i wish we could have had with our mazda dealer down the street (sharrett), but ken made the distance worth it! we would definitely contact heritage mazda in belair again (if ken is there:) adam himelfarb More
We arrived at the wrong end of the Heritage dealership by accident, but that was the first right move we made. We were no aggressively meet by Mr. Libertini and after explaining what we were looking for he p accident, but that was the first right move we made. We had come into the dealership to look at a specific car we had seen on their website. Mr. Libertini was able to take us straight out to that car, show us it plus sides and then went on further to show us aneven better car (that was not more expensive, just newer and fewer miles). We were impressed with the car, but wanted to make sure that our son whom the car was being bought for would be happy with it. At no time did we ever feel that "Hard Sell" attitute around Mr. Libertini. He assured us that when we brought our son back he would have time to meet with us and hopefully get us into a great car. WE dd take our son to look at another dealer, but they did not have that same non "Hard Sell" feeling we had with Mr. Libertini. So I called Mr. Libertini and told him we were on our way back to the dealership. When we arrivd he had the car waiting for us and was way cool about talking about it to our 18 year old son and making him feel at ease to. After a second test drive with our son we knew that not only was this the right car for him, but it was right salesman. Heritage Madza of Bel Air sold us our new 2008 Mazda 3 (with only 11000miles) at a great price, they got us the second key and owners manual we needed. The service department even called ME, to set up a time for me to bring the car in so they could set the key up for us. I have been back to Heritage Mazda to buy all season floormats for the car and the parts department was great too. All-in-All Heritage Mazda and William Libertini in particular shined during what could have been a stressful car buying process and made it a very easy! I WILL be back to work with William Libertini again to get our next car. More

My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles with them (a 2004 Mazda 6s, a 2005 Mazda 3, a used 2007 Mazda CX-7, and a 2010 Mazda 6), and I will continue to do my future business with them. When looking to replace my 2004 Mazda 6, I went looking at dealerships closer to my area only to get the runaround and be quoted higher vehicle prices. After being frustrated with the lack of service, I called Heritage of Bel late Friday night looking for a vehicle. Not only was I put in touch with the General Manager, James Utermohle, but he also made many calls on my behalf that same night trying to locate the vehicle I wanted. Scott Burton also stepped in and made several calls on my behalf. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, Scott came in on his day off just to help me fill out the paper-work. All said and done, I am very happy with my 2010 Mazda 6, and am even happier with the service I received from James and Scott. The customer-friendly, non-sales pitch service is why I will continue to return for all of my future vehicle needs. By the way, the incredible Mazda vehicle quality, sports car feel, and sexy look are icing on the cake. You can't get a better deal on a better car than a Mazda from Heritage of Bel Air. More
Two friends had recommended this dealership and I was not let down - Ken was friendly, efficient, easy to deal with, and very in tune to my needs. All the while, Ken kept us informed on where it was and had the paper work drawn up and ready when we got there. They are not pushy or inattentive like some other dealers. I was very pleased with both my new Mazda 3 and the service. I know I can keep going to them in the future for maintenance and future vehicles. A++ people! More
When I first started looking for cars, driving out to Bel Air didn't seem to make sense. Then when I started making inquiries at the various dealers, it was clear from their great customer service that Herit Air didn't seem to make sense. Then when I started making inquiries at the various dealers, it was clear from their great customer service that Heritage Mazda would be worth the drive. I wasn't disappointed - it was worth the drive from Baltimore to get a great car at a great price and actually enjoy the entire experience. Thanks again, Ken for helping me get my sweet new Mazda 3!
