All I can say about this dealer and salesman is that they are both TOP SHELF. This is the four car I have purchased from Heritage and from Ken. He will stay late, come in early, drove the car to my house for me to test drive it. Ken will do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. While in the dealership working with him he made me feel as though I was the only person that mattered I had his complete attention during ever purchase. I have purchased many cars in my days but the last 4 have been the least stressful since dealing with Ken. After the sale he made sure to call after every one of my purchases. Ken worked until late at night aiding me in getting my old vehicle back to my apartment as well as my newly purchased vehicle. On the ride he even helped me (having moved to the area very recently) with places I should look into in the surrounding area. Hilary is the most competent finance manager I have ever met and is able to explain every aspect of the sales paperwork patiently, works to find me answers to all my questions and provides me with as many financing schedules and loan repayment options as I ask for (which is always alot) without ever appearing impatient or irritated that I am taking too much of her time. This time I also had the opportunity to work with the other finance manager, Justin, and was very pleased with his level of expertise and friendly demeanor. I always receive a phone call or letter from Larry after my purchase to make sure I am enjoying my new vehicle and I feel welcome to contact the dealership with any questions I may have. More

Because of traffic, due to the weather, I didn't get to the dealership until an hour before closing. Despite the weather and time, Wil took 2+ hours on that day to show me Mazda's fleet and let me test drive a Mazda3 and Mazda6. He was extremely knowledgeable on the product, answering all the questions. Over a span of 4 weeks I visited 6 dealerships, one of the other being a Mazda dealership, and Heritage Mazda in Bel Air was by far the most accommodating, competent, trustworthy dealership. I went back 2 additional times with my fiance to test drive a few more Mazda3's and eventually we found the perfect vehicle for us. Wil helped us the entire way, he's a straight shooter and I highly recommend checking out him and the rest of the Heritage Mazda team if you're looking to buy a Mazda. More

Bruce was fantastically wonderful. It was a very rough start to the year and the month ended with my car dying and me having a nervous breakdown.
