From the minute I walked into the dealership I felt like their time was mine and they made sure I was happy with my purchase. The service I received definitely made me a customer for life. I will definitely return for my car care needs. Also, the car I purchased was used and sold as is. I had a problem with it a few days later, and when I called to see about getting it serviced, the manager told me they would take care of getting it fixed in full. I was very surprised and impressed! When I brought the car in to get the problem fixed, Robert Thomas in the service department, took very good care of me and my car. Not only did they fix the problem, they also checked the car over completely again. Buyer beware... Purchased a used Toyota RAV4 from Heritage Mazda Belair in November 2014. Had issues with brakes squeaking and did take vehicle to Heritage to service Purchased a used Toyota RAV4 from Heritage Mazda Belair in November 2014. Had issues with brakes squeaking and did take vehicle to Heritage to service. They insisted that they fixed the problem, 'greased it' would be more like it, and that the issue was due to 'moisture'. Long story short noise became so bad we took it to a mechanic to diagnose the problem, and wow, was it a 'significant' problem! Basically, our family had been driving this vehicle during the past several months with no back brakes. Heritage attitude 'what do you want us to do about it'. I guess you can't have a conscience when you work at this dealership, and making a sale is more important than customer safety.....buyer beware! More
