I was buying my first car and I wouldn't of wanted to do it anywhere else. Fred made me feel right at home. He listened to what all I wanted in a car, and found me a great car within my means. He made sure it anywhere else. Fred made me feel right at home. He listened to what all I wanted in a car, and found me a great car within my means. He made sure he kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Also the sales manager John Holiday and the Finanical Advisor Stephanie were also great. I plan to return in a couple of years to get another car. Thank you for everything. More

I hate buying cars, however this was the best experience I have had buying a new car. The salesman Fran was great and the rest of the crew was very attentive. I did not feel the normal pressure that you get from a lot of dealers to close the deal. After we started talking deals it actually got to be fun. I am a saleman and tough to sell. I will be going back in the future to do business. As a matter of fact I did not buy just 1 car, I bought 2. I was on a tight budget and they made it work. This is a class outfit. More
fran did a great job explaining the mazda cx-9 to me. i drove 9 different cars before choosing to purchase the mazda and fran helped me make that decision along with the car itself of course. he was extre drove 9 different cars before choosing to purchase the mazda and fran helped me make that decision along with the car itself of course. he was extremely knowlegible and put me at ease right away and then once i drove the car i was hooked. he also pointed out the fact that i could drive this vehicle both as an automatic or as a manual transmission. i have always drove a stick and was reluctant on getting a manual but knew with my 15 year old daughter about to need use of it to learn, it was necessary. that was my deciding factor. then fran gave me a great price and a great warrenty option. this dealership treated me like family and i knew it was the right fit. they evan gave me a loaner to use while the car was getting the permaplating done. i was very happy with my choice. This is the second new car I have purchased from Heritage Mazda. I consider them to be the best dealership around. No sales gimmicks. Just great relationships. In fact I went back specifically to puchase Mazda. I consider them to be the best dealership around. No sales gimmicks. Just great relationships. In fact I went back specifically to puchase my car from Will Wells. If I purchase another Mazda, it will definitely be from Heritage again. And I recommend them to all of my friends. More
Like a few other reviews said.. thing can Defiantly be streamlined... I saw another review that stated they were "Short Staffed" and they 2-3 days i went there they also seemed short staffed particularly streamlined... I saw another review that stated they were "Short Staffed" and they 2-3 days i went there they also seemed short staffed particularly only having 1 business manager there, and that seemed to bottle neck the whole process. Over all they were all good guys to work with and they all seemed to work hard on getting the sale made... a very good dealership More
Wow were do i begin first of all let me just give you a little backround of my situation. Im a young single mom trying to make it day by day raising my son by cleaning houses and driving A LOT of miles eve little backround of my situation. Im a young single mom trying to make it day by day raising my son by cleaning houses and driving A LOT of miles everyday. The day i went into mazda was only to get my check engine light checked out. So like they say when it rains it pours not only did my transmission go up i had over 118,000 miles on my 2006 mazda still owing about 9,000 on the car. It was a bad day to begin with, within minutes of the service dept telling me the transmission needed to be rebuilt i had a phone call saying my aunt was being rushed to the hospital. So here i am all alone with my 5 yr old son at the mazda dealership in the pouring rain and no running car. I felt like my back was against the wall with making a quick decision with so much worry already on my mind. That is when service (which was absolutly wonderful) introduced me to the manager James. He was very kind and caring towards both me and my son. James then introduced me to my guardian angel Fran!!! Let me just say i never in my life met someone like Fran. He is a wonderful husband father and grandfather. He immediatly took to me and my son he showed nothing but concern. I did not see a salesmen i saw a gentle man who treated me like family. I didnt even have to tell him everything that was going on that day he gave me a loaner car so i could take my son home safely, and come back the next day when i was ready. The next day was Frans day off he said he come in as soon as i was on my way back to the dealership. I went in and then met John (another wonderful sales manager) he picked up were Fran and i left off the night before i saw a car i wanted online and within minutes John was on the phone with towson mazda saying he needed the car. So Fran came in on his day off to help me get out of my horrible situation. He drove me up to towson to get the car i liked, he spent his only day off work all day helping me work things out. It was difficult situation but with Steph, John and Fran working so hard on my case they had me out of my old car and into my 2010 mazda ( low low miles GREAT price). I can not thank everyone at heritage enough everyone there will hold a special place in my life i will never be able to repay them. I will just continue to share my life changing story with everyone i know and send them to Bel Air hertiage to buy a car. Thank you so so much Fran , Steph, James and John you were all wonderful. Wil could not have made the experience more pleasurable. He allowed me to get information from him that I needed to make a decision without pressuring me to make a decision. Everyone at this dealership was nice and helpful, however they were very high pressure. I was choosing between one of their Mazdas and another car, after negotiating with them and coming to a final price I t they were very high pressure. I was choosing between one of their Mazdas and another car, after negotiating with them and coming to a final price I told them that I needed to go home and think about it. They kept on trying to sell me something, it was helpful at first, but became too much. They just wouldn't understand that I had narrowed my search down to these 2 cars and that I just had to go home and think about it. They kept me at the dealership much longer then necessary. Their overbearing way of trying to sell me any car (whether it was what I was looking for or not) was a definate deterent. I also felt that they used the fact that I was in an accident to try and sell me a car. I don't believe that you should use someone else's misfortune in this way. In their defence, the manager did call my house later and apologized (I believe for being too pushy, he spoke to my sister, not me) More
