Bobbi was wonderful. I called the dealership earlier that day, told her the car that I had seen online and asked if i could come take a look at it. She asked when I wanted to come and I told her I could be there in forty-five minutes to and hour. She said, I'll see you then. When I got there, she was friendly, very accommodating (as I had my husband and 2 year old with me) and very professional. She took me on the test drive...a real test drive, so I could truly get a feel for the car. While we were waiting on the assessment, she even took me to the service bay and showed me where I would need to go when I returned for service. She was able to get me the price I wanted and the rate I wanted and I was a very happy camper when I left in my new (pre-owned) car. I would truly recommend Mazda of Bel-Air. Well this is my 3rd time back to Heritage in 1 month. I had to buy my daughter a car for college. Once again Fran did a great job for me . He put my daughter in the perfect car for her 2008 Mazda 3.
