Went to showroom and was ignored for 10 minutes by 5 sales people who were standing around BS'ing. As Ahmed walked by, he said "do you need anything"? we stated that we wanted to test drive a CX7. (he made it seem as if we asked too much of him) after test drive, we liked it. Needed/Wanted a CX7 in White which he located at Heritage Towson. He went to pick as told us to go have lunch/dinner and we could come back (this was a Saturday) we left there at 3:45pm. Before we left, he said "hold on, i need to check to ensure my guy is headed to pick it up", when we sat for 10+ minutes for him to come back, i decided to walk outside and saw 6 sales people on the side of the building laughing/giggling as the were all SMOKING while WE WASTED OUR TIME for this idiot. I looked at all of them and said "i cant believe this!!" so we got up and Ahmed came running over and said "ill call you as soon as the car arrives". We left and had dinner at Harford Mall area and Ahmed called at 5:30ish and we still were hanging with dinner party. At no point did he state that they were closing soon. We finished dinner and drove back at 6:25pm, i walked into showroom and NO ONE was there(i guess they forgot to lock up because both doors were unlocked) and i called Ahmed on his cell and he said "ooh, i am at home, we are closed" i said "you must be kidding me, you never told me that". he said "come back monday. As mad as that made us, we did come back on Tuesday and Loved the car but it had options that we didnt really want to pay alot of extra money for (WE HAVE BOUGHT 5 CARS FROM HERITAGE IN 10 YEARS so we are very LOYAL!!) upon discussing price, Ahmed and John (manager?) were extremely Ignorant and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We were so offended, We got up and Left. The next day we Drove to Heritage Towson and ran into manager Scott and salesman Hank who stayed open until Midnight to complete our sale. 2 days later, the Belair crew decided to wise up and John called to Offer me a "deal" and then Ahmed called with his "deal"...TOO LATE!!!! The Heritage Mazda dealership is the WORST dealership i have ever gone into... IT SHOULD NOT HOLD THE "HERITAGE" name....... On the other hand, HERB at Heritage VW in Parkville is OUTSTANDING... (we called and reported our experience to him as he has been the person who sold us the previous 5 new cars in last 10 years) and He also sold me a $50,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the next door Heritage Jeep Dealership... Kudo's to Herb (VW Parkville), Scott and Hank (Towson Mazda)!!!! More
