I would just like to thank the parts manager, John, at Heritage Mazda Bel Air for solving what started out to be an issue I was extremely dissatisfied with. I really do appreciate his work ethic and am extremely happy with the resolve of my issue. Originally I had bought a part from Heritage Mazda, and after a long drawn out ordeal..I was able to return my part for a full refund. I now feel that John, knowing I was unhappy, went above and beyond to contact me and allow me to bring my un-needed part back to the shop for a refund. He called me personally and set a time for me come in, and was then waiting at the counter for me to arrive. I am now extemely happy with Heritage Mazda and would recommend them in the future. Thanks so much again, John!! More

I called multiple Mazda dealers and Ahmed was the first (and only) to pursue my business. He did so with a very professional attitude, was not pushy in any way, and educated me on the dealership. Following my own research, Ahmed coached me on my process and encouraged me to visit the dealership to examine my trade-in. He was unable to be at my arrival and let me know ahead of time. Ahmed arranged that his manager would meet me upon my arrival. The entire showroom was clean, orderly, and my son was able to do his schoolwork while we went through the process. My expectations were managed and we left that evening in our new car. The only point that I would strongly recommend, is that the dealership seriously consider specific and tangible mark-downs for military and government. Given the location and proximity to multiple military installations and federal government facilities, it may be worth considering. As a veteran, I was surprised that Heritage did not have a specific rebate; most dealerships in the area offer something modest such as $250.00, $500.00, etc., Regardless, I left feeling that I received very professional treatment and best value for my trade-in that Heritage could provide. I am also confident that my price was competitive and the entire deal was amicable. More

I came in for a causal test drive on a Mazda 6 and began sensing the typical pushy salesman approach to close the deal. I have purchased from other Heritage and Mile One locations and this one did not live up to their reputation. I will not be going back in the future to do business there. More
I was buying my first car and I wouldn't of wanted to do it anywhere else. Fred made me feel right at home. He listened to what all I wanted in a car, and found me a great car within my means. I hate buying cars, however this was the best experience I have had buying a new car. The salesman Fran was great and the rest of the crew was very attentive. I will be going back in the future to do business. As a matter of fact I did not buy just 1 car, I bought 2. I was on a tight budget and they made it work. This is a class outfit. More
Like a few other reviews said.. thing can Defiantly be streamlined... I saw another review that stated they were "Short Staffed" and they 2-3 days i went there they also seemed short staffed particularly streamlined... fran did a great job explaining the mazda cx-9 to me. i drove 9 different cars before choosing to purchase the mazda and fran helped me make that decision along with the car itself of course. he was extre drove 9 different cars before choosing to purchase the mazda and fran helped me make that decision along with the car itself of course. he was extremely knowlegible and put me at ease right away and then once i drove the car i was hooked. he also pointed out the fact that i could drive this vehicle both as an automatic or as a manual transmission. i have always drove a stick and was reluctant on getting a manual but knew with my 15 year old daughter about to need use of it to learn, it was necessary. that was my deciding factor. then fran gave me a great price and a great warrenty option. this dealership treated me like family and i knew it was the right fit. they evan gave me a loaner to use while the car was getting the permaplating done. i was very happy with my choice.
