I'm taking the time to write this review for both Ken Arment and John Holliday. I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from their location but both of them went well out of their way to offer me excellent Arment and John Holliday. Basically what I am saying is that if you choose to purchase a new vehicle from either of them, I have the utmost believe that they will treat you right. Friendly, Very Helpful. Purchased a new CX-7, over all satisfied with it. Test drove a different one then I bought, the one I actually purchased was shipped up from VA, so I never go to see it until I pic satisfied with it. Test drove a different one then I bought, the one I actually purchased was shipped up from VA, so I never go to see it until I picked it up from the dealer. I was under he impression it was the exact same features as the one I test drove, with the upgrade to leather seating. The one I test drove had a sunroof and more digital display and back up camera features, the on I got had the upgraded leather seats, but no sunroof or digital display or back up camera. That was disappointing to me and I wish I was told up front about the changes rather then the surprise I got when I picked up the vehicle. Saleman Ahmed other then that was great and customer service was good also. More
