Our salesman was Brent and he was exceptional. We called ahead of time to make an appointment with him and arrived a little earlier than expected. We were looking at the GMC Terrain that just arrived at the dealership and he pulled the truck around for us to look at while he made a copy of my husband's license. Afterwards, he grabbed dealer plates and we were out for a test drive no less than 15 minutes after we arrived at the dealership. He answered all our questions about the car and made a point to give us all accurate information. Since we were already preapproved through our local credit union, he informed us that they were affiliated with our credit union and were able to give us the same APR rate that the credit union did and process our loan paperwork in house which saved us a trip to the bank. He made sure to get us the best trade in price for our car which was more that CarMax gave us. He helped us set up our On Star and even gave us tips for the car. If we ever bought another car, we would defiantly come back to him and refer our family and friends to him as well. Our financing guy was Doug and he was great as well. He explained all the terms of our loan to us and clearly explained all the options we could add on such as GAP insurance. He processed our paperwork as quickly as possible and made sure we were comfortable while he was entering our information into the system. He even went as far as pushing our first payment to the last date available in the system just to give us more time to save for the car. This dealership provides top customer service and anyone would be lucky to buy one of their cars. The manager of the dealership even came and shaked our hands to thank us for buying a car from them. Fourth car from them in six years. Looked at other options to replace our CX7. Sales rep at Thompson Kia did not know the product. Ford Dealer in Bel Air was very pushy. I actually had one saleman get frustrated with me and stopped trying to help me because I seemed to not know what I wanted and at the price I wanted it at, he felt it wouldn't happen. My expectations of what I wanted in a vehicle, the year, the mileage and my price were thought too difficult to find even by my husband who was having trouble finding one; however Mr. Wil Wells patient demeanor and calm spirited; a very kind, professional and friendly salesman listened to me explain what I wanted and was able to locate a vehicle and have it ready for purchase within 24 hours. I was amazed. He actually found all I was looking for in a vehicle and then some at an acceptable mileage, a better year, the right price and a beautiful color. Funny how he was able to materialize what I was having difficulty trying to express. (I'm not very familiar with vehicles and makes and models) Mr. Wil Wells did an outstanding job finding the right vehicle for me. I expressed to him how I really hated the car buying experience, but he has changed my whole perspective on car shopping.
