Our first experience at a local dealer in Kentucky was not a great one- so we knew we felt ok with traveling some distance to buy the car we knew we wanted. We never dreamt we would be hopping on a flight out to Maryland 12 hours later. We knew this was a big risk to take to fly out without even sitting in the car. Thanks to Andre pulling his weight on the front end, he made for the smoothest car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We found this car listed on cars.com, and the listing was too new to have any pictures. We had been searching for a week and were on a time crunch to get a car since our first beloved CX-5 was recently totaled. Andre went out of his way to text and email us pictures of a car that had just been posted, and he coordinated a driver to pick us up from the airport to get us to the dealership, about 45 minutes outside of Baltimore. He stayed in contact with us the whole way. We felt treated with respect and value the entire time. Garrett helped us find the best financing option and got the ball rolling early on. He didn’t try to sway us one way or another for any special packages that didn’t fit our needs- which was a breath of fresh air. He was also instrumental in helping us realize we could get money back on the last service package we purchased from the car that was totaled. He went above and beyond to make himself available for any questions we might have even after the sale. Both gentlemen even gave us recommendations for where to eat in town to celebrate our purchase! For a leap of faith and calculated risk, this was a very positive purchasing experience; we walked away very happy! We are grateful we got to work with Andre and Garrett. More
