We met two sales men at the dealership unlike any other – Ken Arment and Jonathan Christ. We hate going into dealerships where we must deal with sales people who don’t understand the word, “NO.” Ken and Jonathan were low pressure and cooperative in helping us find the right vehicle. I have dealt with Jonathan for everyone except the first. And that was another great sales guy named Devon. They are a pleasure to deal with, listen to your needs/wants, and work with you when they can. Jonathan has an excellent personality and knows when he can joke around. I would without a doubt go back to see him when I'm ready for my next car. They make it a point to say hello and come talk to me when I am in there getting my oil changed. Heritage Mazda, the managers, the sales guys and even the finance guys are the best in my honest opinion than a lot of other places I have bought cars from in the past. And trust me I've bought a lot of cars over my 22 years of driving! More

Best service experience! I can't say enough good things about Tim and the rest of the service crew at Heritage Mazda in Bel-Air. Multiple co-workers have had great experiences I can't say enough good things about Tim and the rest of the service crew at Heritage Mazda in Bel-Air. Multiple co-workers have had great experiences at Heritage and recommended them highly. After a horrible experience at a different dealership where my car was originally purchased, I brought my car in to have a noise diagnosed. Setting up the appointment online was very easy and I received reminder notifications. I decided to wait at the dealership for the service. The waiting room was very nice and filled with lots of coffee, charging stations and desks to do work if needed. Every employee that walked through the waiting room smiled and had nice things to say. I waited for about one hour and Tim told me that the engineer would really like some time to run additional tests to root out the noise. Since I live about 45 minutes from the dealership, Tim set me up with a loaner car to use for the duration of service. The engineer determined that the noise was due to a control arm not being torqued to Mazda specs at the original dealership. From beginning to end, my service experience was the best that I have ever had. It is a drive for me but I will continue to bring my car to Heritage in Bel Air. Great job by everyone! Thank you! More
