We stopped by the dealership early in the evening thinking they were closed just to look around the parking lot. Jonathan came out and talked to us. He had recently sold my son his car two weeks earlier. We took a test drive and went in to talk about the car. He did not pressure us in any way to purchase the car. Jonathan stayed way past closing time and did not make me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We did leave with a promise to think about it and come back. We went back two days later and worked out a deal that I thought was fair to both sides. He was very friendly and took the time to get to know us. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Today I had a mirror installed on my car. Jonathan arranged to have a car for me to drive and when my car was done; he drove it to my office and swapped cars. Not many people would do that. If we have a need for another car, we will definitely go back to Heritage Mazda of Bel Air, and talk to Jonathan. Buying a car can be stressful; Jonathan made it very easy and not stressful at all. Amazing service! All 3 of the individuals that helped us were amazing! Darris was an excellent salesman! He worked after we left to find a CX-5 at another location and get it to the bel air location that would fit in our budget and our expectations! He as well was very personable and gave us that right at home feel! Dustin was very knowledgable on the Financial end and got us all the extra coverage and everything that we needed to make us comfortable with our new Car! All 3 of these gentlemen were great and exceeded all expectations. Not once did we feel pushed or rush to make a decision on anything.
